Silencer is a good support intelligence hero. This hero can disable all the enemy skills during clash which is very useful if the user is really skilled. He is a counter on every hero in Dota 2 and a good support during team fights.

Lets check Nortrom's skill set starting on his first skill Arcane Curse slows and causes enemies to health for a set of duration.
Last Words
His second skill Last Words places a curse on his target that damages and silences for a long duration if the target cast a spell.

His third skill is an active attack modifier that deals a percentage of his intelligence as pure damage.
Global Silence
His fourth skill silences all the enemies on the map for a few seconds.
